Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By booking a service with Ipoh Outshine Cleaning Services or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.

2. Services We Provide

Ipoh Outshine Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including:

  • General house and office cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in and move-out cleaning
  • Post-renovation and post-construction cleaning
  • Carpet, upholstery and mattress cleaning
  • Window cleaning and high-pressure washing
  • Disinfection and sanitisation

3. Pricing and Payment

Routine cleaning is charged by the hour according to our published tiers: Normal Staff RM70 for 4 hours (RM140 for 8 hours), Senior Staff with 3+ months experience RM80 (RM160), and Senior Staff with 9+ months experience RM90 (RM180). Deep cleaning, post-renovation, carpet and pressure washing jobs are quoted after a free assessment.

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supply of detergents and equipment is available for an additional charge. Transport is free for our cleaners in selected Ipoh areas; for outlying towns any travel arrangement is confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms are confirmed when you book.

4. Bookings and Access

You are responsible for giving our team safe access to the property at the agreed time, and for telling us about anything that affects the work — fragile items, restricted areas, pets, or building access rules. If our team cannot access the property at the agreed time, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, which we will explain before charging it.

6. Scope and Results

We complete the scope agreed in your quote. Some results depend on the condition and material of the surface: very old or set-in stains on carpets, sofas and mattresses may be permanent, and some damage caused before our visit cannot be reversed by cleaning. We will tell you honestly what to expect before starting rather than promise a result we cannot deliver.

7. Service Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 7 days of the service and we will work with you to put it right.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ipoh Outshine Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Any claim for damage must be reported to us promptly so we can inspect and respond.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Ipoh Outshine Cleaning Services and is protected by copyright law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.
